Welcome to Synthoria
A digital archive and knowledge base for singing voice synthesis technology
🎵 What we do
Synthoria is dedicated to documenting and preserving singing synthesizers and voicebanks through a community-driven platform and promoting the art and technology of voice synthesis. We provide a comprehensive archive of voice synthesis resources, including voicebanks, documentation, tutorials and more.
📖 Open and independent
Synthoria operates independently, free from external influence, committed to transparency and freedom of information in the singing synthesizer community. Unlike other wikis that are hosted on platforms like Fandom or Wikidot, we are not subject to the whims of a third-party host, and we don't have to worry about censorship, data mining, or other problems that can arise when a wiki is hosted on a platform that prioritizes profits over community needs. Furthermore, Synthoria is committed to publishing and storing information, even if it challenges the EULAs of certain synthesizers.
🙈 Privacy-friendly
Our services have minimal to no tracking. We believe that your online activity is your own, and we don't collect or store any personally identifiable information unless absolutely necessary. We prioritize your privacy by avoiding the use of external libraries and hosts like Google and Cloudflare, ensuring that your data remains private and secure. By hosting our own infrastructure, we can guarantee that your personal information is not shared with third-party trackers or advertisers.
⚖️ Open Source
Synthoria's content is available under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license, which means you are free to use, share, and modify our content, as long as you give credit to the original authors and share your modifications under the same license. Our software is also open source, and can be found on our Github page. This means that you can not only use and modify our content, but also contribute to the development of our platform, review our code, and even use it as a starting point for your own projects.
